Visit of Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Minister for Law and Justice and Information Technology to NewYork on 20 Oct, 2017
Hon’ble Minister for Law and Justice and Electronics and Information Technology Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad visited New York on 20 Oct, 2017. He met leading technology groups, business leaders and investors at a roundtable organized by the Consulate and the US India Strategic Partnership Forum. Hon’ble Minister outlined Government of India’s vision for Digital India among other topics. Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Dr. Ajay Kumar made a presentation on the Digital India Initiative. Keen interest about the various digital initiatives of Government of India were evinced by the participants, many of whom are looking at investments in India or considering entering the Indian markets.
